Crucial Section is a renowned hardcore punk band established in Tokyo in 1996, recognized for their rapid thrashcore sound influenced by seminal 1980s acts such as Heresy, Ripcord, and SSD. Notably, they collaborated with Swedish hardcore band Hårda Tider to produce the split record titled Unleash The Fucking Fury, which was initially released on CD in 2015 to accompany their joint tour and subsequently issued on vinyl in 2018. Additionally, they have produced a split record with the American hardcore band Positive Noise.
