Aphrodite is a captivating symphonic metal band that emerged in 2011, celebrated for their unique fusion of classical music elements and heavy metal. Founded by the talented keyboardist Masashi “Jill” Okagaki, who previously played with Terra Rosa and Jill’s Project, alongside the enchanting vocalist Mai Araki from Starless, the band has carved a distinctive niche in the music scene. Their compositions are characterised by intricate arrangements and powerful vocals, drawing rich inspiration from the tales of Greek mythology.
